Scott Gillespie is known for nudging the corporate travel industry forward with provocative ideas on justifiable travel, invisible carbon budgets, traveler friction, travel procurement, and the role of the travel manager. Scott founded tClara and Travel Analytics and has held senior positions with ARC and Kearney. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and is the author of a U.S. patent and several ground-breaking white papers.
Joel Hanson is a travel startup advisor and mentor. He serves on the Board of Advisors of FerskTech, is a strategic advisor for Quicket.io, and serves as a startup mentor for Plug and Play’s travel and hospitality vertical. Previously, Joel led Innovation Business Development for CWT globally, where he was instrumental in advancing the travel industry in areas ranging from sustainability to guest experience. Joel is passionate about regenerative business travel and believes business travel can play a leadership role in addressing the challenge of climate change.
Philip Charm is the Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Clarasight. Prior to Clarasight, he spent 12 years building and scaling GTM organizations for multiple enterprise software companies including roles as Head of Business Development at Checkr, Vice President of Business Development at Gainsight and multiple sales and GTM roles at Medallia. Philip spent his early career as a consultant for The Monitor Group and Deloitte Consulting. He currently lives in Boston Massachusetts with his wife and two sons.
